It will address various risk factors, enhance protective factors for BIPOC youth and include one-on-one case management, development of service plans, translations services, support through legal and disciplinary processes, and community and cultural events. The project will test whether intensive relationship building, system navigation, and a conflict resolution component will increase protective factors and reduce recidivism by BIPOC youth.
