Description:
The organization will develop a French-English lexicon relevant to Impact of race and culture assessments (IRCA) assessors. The organization will provide coaching and mentorship for French-speaking IRCA assessors during the project period. In addition, the organization will design, shoot and edit approximately 10 hours of video or tutorial in French for the IRCA National Writer Training Program to be entirely in French. Lastly, the organization will conduct outreach activities with all legal aid plans to inform them of the availability of French-speaking IRCA assessors and their ability to write IRCA reports.
