This project will explore the needs of Indigenous youth involved in the justice system in BC through the perspectives of Native Courtworkers, Elders, First Nations and community organizations, police, and MCFD. Activities include conducting interviews and focus groups, documenting case studies of collaborative, community-led programs, performing thematic analysis to identify patterns and service gaps, and validating findings with participants and partner organizations.
