Description:
The Recipient will develop and deliver a certified Impact of Race and Culture Assessment (IRCA) assessor training program led by experienced experts. The Recipient will also offer psycho-educational workshops designed to increase awareness among justice system stakeholders and community partners regarding the critical role IRCAs play in supporting Black communities. Lastly, the Recipient will offer workshops and healing circles focused on addressing the trauma and burnout experienced by IRCA assessors.
