The organization seeks funds to develop a pilot program that will support employers to protect their workers from domestic violence and to intervene in escalating risk situations with direct intervention, informed policies and procedures and by building relationships with local experts. Make It Our Business (MIOB) is a workplace domestic violence program that promotes a whole organization approach to build capacity with leaders, supervisors and workers across all sectors to recognize the warning signs and risk factors of domestic violence in order to respond safely and appropriately when domestic violence is happening in the workplace.
