Description:
The Service de police de la Ville de Saint-Jérome will equip and train stakeholders working in schools, police and prosecutors from all judicial districts in Quebec to address the growing phenomenon of self-peer exploitation, which consists of creating and transmitting photos or videos of sexual nature by text messaging. The project "SEXTO" will provide standardized methods of interventions and will also include an awareness campaign to inform the youth on the risks associated with the production, distribution and possession of pornographic material.
