Description:
The organization will design and implement a client centred rural response program to address gaps in services and barriers and challenges in their community to meet the complex and diverse needs of victims of human trafficking. The program will provide crisis intervention, safety planning, stabilization and coordinated and responsive services for victims by a trained advocate/case manager. The overall goal of the program is to improve services for victims of human trafficking as they navigate systems from point of crisis through stabilization.
