Description:
The project will address existing gaps in supports and services for disabled women survivors of crime, with a focus on women who experience intimate partner violence (IPV) and who sustain disabling permanent traumatic brain injuries. A toolkit will be developed for front line workers serving in the IPV service provider community. The toolkit will then be piloted, evaluated and disseminated through presentations and publications in public, professional and academic conferences and journals, as well as through stakeholder meetings to ensure uptake and exchange.
