Description:
The Department of Justice Canada will provide a grant to the Daylu Dena Council to support the one-time purchase of video conferencing equipment to support the operation of its Daylu Dena Council Justice Program. The objective of the program is to address the overrepresentation of Indigenous people in the criminal justice system through prevention, diversion and reintegration activities. The purchase of equipment will increase their capacity on client service, staff training and collaborating with other justice partners.
