Saskatchewan will continue to deliver a Family Information Liaison Unit to provide information and assistance to families of missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls. The FILU will increase families' understanding of how the justice system and other government systems operate, obtain information relevant to the situation involving their missing or murdered family member, and will liaise with other organizations who will provide trauma-informed supports to families.
