Description:
This project will develop and launch a comprehensive public legal education and information training on sexual harassment in the workplace. In-person trainings will be delivered across Manitoba, including rural and remote locations, with additional educational resources being developed and distributed to workplaces across the province. The organization will also support the development and launch of a province wide public education campaign to address sexual harassment in the workplace. In support of project sustainability, an evidence-based resource kit will be developed for workplaces and will include organizational assessment tools as well as training materials.
