Description:
The International Centre for Comparative Criminology (ICCC) in partnership with the Institut universitaire Jeunes en Difficulté (IUJD) du CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-Montréal will conduct a research project to examine the experiences of youth who are subject to dual jurisdiction under the Youth Protection Act and the Youth Criminal Justice Act, as well as examine the professional practices and services offered to them. The research results will then be used to produce a practice guide and an intersectoral action plan for all justice, social and health service providers in Quebec.
