Description:
Through this project, Level will expand the reach and materials used for the Indigenous Youth Outreach Program. The expansion will engage First Nations, Métis and Inuit youth aged 11 to 18 in justice education and mentorship activities. IYOP will be delivered across Canada in Alberta, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Yukon, and Nunavut. Through this project, Indigenous students will participate in experiential learning activities that expose them to the justice system in an inspiring and culturally-empowering way. Furthermore, IYOP materials and curriculum will be used to deliver training to stakeholders and service providers that support Indigenous youth.
