Description:
The organization will provide a residential and trauma-informed therapy program for women, including cisgender and transgender women, who are victims and survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. They will also offer an outreach program to reach those who are actively working in the sex trade yet are seeking support and connection and an education program to provide workshops to community service providers, justice workers and the public. Services offered will include cultural support and healing programs, trauma-informed counselling, emotional support, physical and emotional wellness programs, parenting guidance, understanding healthy relationships, employment exploration and skills development and personal empowerment.
