Description:
The organization will provide individualized trauma-informed, holistic case management and counselling services for victims and survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Services offered will include increased social inclusion and access to social supports; increased access to specialized supports to mitigate harms caused by complex trauma and mental health and vulnerability caused by substance use and abuse. The organization will provide supports for increased personal safety through skills development, resources, access to housing and support for individual goals to further education, employment and volunteering. The organization will also provide trauma-informed practice training for community organizations, police and government and justice officials.
