Description:
The project will create interactive public legal education resources to inform workers in precarious jobs about their legal rights in relation to sexual harassment in the workplace. Brochures, guides, and videos will be developed and translated to facilitate access to legal information. Training will also be offered to local employers to encourage them to adopt inclusive policies to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. A simplified guide will be produced on anti-sexual harassment policies and distributed to employers.
