Description:
Kwanlin Dün First Nation (KDFN) will develop and deliver a Family Courtworker (ICW) Pilot Project to expand culturally informed support for Indigenous individuals involved in the family law and child protection systems. The pilot aims to provide in‑court assistance, strengthen collaboration and ensure culturally relevant communication between members of Yukon First Nations, and judges, lawyers, and justice system actors.
