Description:
This will be a pilot project for Ontario to build capacity for the next stage of bail data linking, sharing and analysis. As the next step beyond the implementation of the National Bail Data Action Plan, this project will test data linkage techniques on Ontario data assets to produce identifiers on potential re-offending on bail and recidivism. Additionally, this project will start examining the legal authorities and framework for data sharing between the province and the Canadian Police Information Centre.
