The project’s first phase involves a detailed inventory of 4,446 documents distributed among various Ursuline monasteries throughout Quebec. This inventory would identify historically significant documents that require digitization and prompt relocation, due to their obsolete formats. Once an audiovisual preservation specialist has provided the appropriate training, the project will enter its second phase: acquiring the equipment essential for document preservation and conservation.
