This project has three main objectives: (1) digitization of the collection of textual records, photographs, maps, scrapbooks, etc. pertaining to the local soldiers who fought in World War I; (2) preservation of these documents according to accepted Canadian standards; and (3) uploading of the PDF files of each textual record onto the Eastern Townships Archives Portal (ETAP) in order to make the collection accessible to a larger public.
