Grants and Contributions:
Part 1 – Processing to ensure that all documents in the archival fonds are assessed according to their primary and secondary value; sorted in accordance with SHD procurement policy standards; physically processed to ensure their preservation and integrity; catalogues according to a categorization plan in line with the organization’s administrative and operational activities; stored in appropriate containers; and described at the fonds and series levels in accordance with RAD standards.
Part 2 – Digitization for the purpose of selecting 100 textual documents (letters patent, minutes, reports), 300 photographs or other iconographic documents (portraits of presidents, sites, activities) and five moving images (business galas) documenting the organization’s history, evolution and major achievements. The documents will be chosen on the basis of the types of media in which they are available, their evidentiary value, and their esthetic quality.
Part 3 – Publication to ensure that the archives consultation module is running properly, and that it is well-designed, easy-to-use, and accessible online on the SHD website.
