This undertaking will involve rehousing the records in accordance with best practices; adding archival descriptions to records; digitizing/scanning photographs, and increasing access via provincial, national, and international database portals.
Organization:
Library and Archives Canada
Expected Results:

The short-term goals of this project are to obtain an understanding of what records are currently housed with the St. Paul’s Anglican Church archives and to digitize a large portion of the photo collection to build our resources for the parishioners and public alike. The first long-term goal coming out of this project is to have the foundation that the archives can continue to grow and be of service to researchers. A second long-term goal is renewed public and parish-wide interest in the collection.
