Key activities of this project include: training of volunteers, labelling with accession number and adding essential description of images, uploading digital images to the Flickr database, freely available to the public along with related textual information and community engagement through invitations to participate in the documentation process.

Expected Results:
Upon completion of this project, the collections of photographs owned by the Annapolis Heritage Society will be digitally and freely available to the public. The images will be augmented by as much meaningful information as is possible. The entirety of these collections will be available to Canadians and the world via Flickr, a platform showcasing the photographic holdings of many archives and museums.
