The project is an overhaul of the company's existing technology, advancing performance and quality management systems into new markets and uses. The mobile apps link QA evaluations to their relevant outcomes, creating a web of quality/performance indicators and their results The business intelligence engine evaluates QA and performance data, streamed from the apps, against historic user and industry data, to predict likelihood of pre-identified outcomes The result is a generic, autonomous mobile QA system allowing users to configure solutions to meet their unique specifications.
