The firm wishes to apply the action plan so that the firm can comply with an environmental compliance assessment « vérification de conformité environnementale (VCE) » first, and then develop an action plan to allow the firm to obtain the ISO14001 accreditation. In parallel with this project, the firm advances in Plant 4.0 and the first step is to obtain a paperless plant. The firm needs help to finalize the workstations and the implementation of new procedures on the floor.
