These new features will provide new metrics that are important in helping our clients drive digital transformation.The new feedback engine will provide business owners with insight into how their training programs are being received by employees.The FSR referral engine will prompt employees to share bank resources which are designed to facilitate customer adoption.The reward engine will prompt employees to recommend digital products and the contest engine will offer incentives to drive learning.Combined these new features will help increase digital adoption amongst customers, which is the ultimate goals for the business owners we serve.
