Description:
The communications protocol for which we are developing Virtual End Nodes (VEN's) is OpenADR. OpenADR uses XML whereas our programs are written in Python. The immediate task is to be able to translate between the two environments so that all of the possible XML messages can be generated or identified by our applications. Next steps will be to implement and test communication with our VEN using OpenADR.
