Description:
Over 65% of compliance issues are due to staff not following standard corporate policies and procedures. Current compliance programs tend to focus on reacting to a breach instead of proactively or predictively targeting staff, locations (branches) and companies that have a tendency not to comply. Leveraging required disclosure in the financial services industry and our proposed behaviourial and machine learning algorithm, VigilantCS will support firms in the detection and mitigation of staff level risk to support the management of an effective compliant culture._x000D_ _x000D_ The project will develop a VCSPro product that will provide clients to assess regulatory risk at the individual, branch and enterprise level.
