Description:
Empowered Homes launched the Mysa Thermostat beginning in January 2018. Empowered Homes has sold over 7500 thermostats to thousands of customers. The proposed project is to compile all the customer feedback and present findings to Mysa’s engineering team. The project will also include performing user testing in order to identify areas of trouble for users and suggesting solutions to correct these issues.
