The new hire shall propose and carry out tasks pertaining to internal community and culture of the company, and assist with marketing and communications. He or she shall also help the company apply green initiatives, for existing projects and new ones, helping the improvement of environmental and social performance, accountability and transparency. He or she shall apply “commercial awareness”, work within commercial constraints, and think outside the box for sustainable efforts.
