This project is to grow internal technical capabilities to innovate and manage production, food safety and regulatory processes to keep pace with a significant expansion of manufacturing capacity to meet demand. The project seeks to achieve the objectives by sourcing an appropriatly trained GM Operations to drive production innovation to achieve the required processing efficiency, high product quality standards and improved lean manufacturing procedures as required to meet the new product demand growth targets.
