Description:
The Candidate will assist with day-to-day lab work, and provide technical assistance to the current lab staff. The goal is to commission and implement a yeast brink or intermediate storage vessel into the daily procedures. The graduate will also assist in the development of new gruit style. The hiring of the student will speed up the research and development phases to investigate various ancient brewing ingredients to investigate their antibacterial properties and bring this beer into full production. _x000D_ In addition, the work load taken on by the student will allow current technicians to optimise the treatment system, including reducing the overall water usage. This will allow improving company sustainability overall by targeting reductions in solid waste.
