Description:
Over the past two years, technology has been invented and developed in our sister company Moyer’s Apple Products Inc. which achieves up to a 5-log kill rate (99.999%) of pathogens on raw apples prior to processing into caramel apples. Currently no technology is available on the market that can achieve this kill rate. HARPC Solutions Inc. plans to refine this technology further through the development of working prototypes to use on other food products and food transport / storage bins to achieve safer food to the consumers.
