With this project, the firm aims to introduce machine learning in its procedures and products in order to automate the categorization necessary for prediction, without relying on dictionaries. Its products are used by colleges and universities to collect feedback from the students about their teaching, their academic experience and their learning. This project will be part of an initiative to create a centre of expertise on machine learning.
