Description:

To prepare a detailed report on launching a business to consumer strategy for We The Roots. Currently, We The Roots is selling its products to businesses. By the end of the year we want to sell the products in a retail environment. This projects mandate is to develop a strategy for launching our product to consumers. Specifically: packaging, labeling requirements and regulations, branding and whether we want to sell directly to consumers on line or through retailers. An analysis of our competition is part of the project as well as where the opportunities exist in the market place.

The purpose of IRAP’s Youth Employment Program - Green is to assist in increasing the supply of highly qualified people, promoting the benefits of advanced studies, demonstrating federal leadership by investing in the skills required to meet the needs of the green economy and facilitating the transition of highly skilled young people to a rapidly changing labour market.
