Description:
To retain two HQSP candidates to work in the field full time to learn the basics of surface casing vent testing. This would enable them to gain knowledge and prepare them for next regulatory season when the methane emission reduction technology is complete. This would allow them to directly see the limitations of current technology and compare results with new developments. They could also drive procedure refinement as field experience tests procedures and can lead to better results.
