Description:
The firm is requesting a grant to hire two Process Development Technicians who will spearhead the research and development of several new collections of eyewear from a pre-determined set of materials that are eco-friendly, cost effective and fashionable. The project has two core channels of materials, requiring two new hires. The R&D will begin with perfecting the techniques to produce using the capabilities and equipment we currently possess. The second phase will be implementing in new equipment followed by testing, production runs and final process changes.
