The project consists of developing the next generation Fibracast Membrane Treatment Process for membrane bioreactors (MBRs), by using the existing FibrePlate membrane as a basis but modified and operated in such a way as to maximize its productivity. We believe that well operated, the FibrePlate membrane can not only be competitive but even be disruptive enough to be considered the next generation membrane.
