Description:
This project will link together our pasteurizer, incubators, blast chillers and packaging machine. All of the equipment will talk to a main computer which will log all of the data. This will allow us to track production better as well as use a predictive algorithm to adjust the incubators. This will reduce product spoilage, and improve tracking.
