Building on the success and momentum of our 2017 Blanding’s Turtle eDNA project, this new project further develops novel, technologically innovative eDNA methodologies for determining presence/absence of four additional Ontario Species at Risk (SAR) that occupy a wide variety of different habitat types that are distinctly different from Blanding’s Turtle habitat.
