Description:
Develop a mechanical system to facilitate the solidification of semi-solid waste streams. This system will be designed to be mobile, so that it can be easily transported and set up on the job site. This mechanical process will homogeneously incorporate a dry solidification reagent to the semi-solid waste stream. This system will provide improved management and control of reagent cost and treatment efficiencies, optimizing the reagent dosage and performance. Another component of this project is to develop a liquid-phase reagent application methodology for the inline incorporation of solidification reagents into various processes.
