The objective of the project is to offer leadership skills development to companies beyond just start-ups and concepts in order to have the greatest impact. Focusing more effort on developing leaders and entrepreneurs through workshop and curriculum development with an emphasis on skills development will increase the likelihood that the value provided will have a lasting impact on each SME participant, and the many companies they are likely to work with throughout their career.
