Description:

With a change in business strategy for We The Roots where 2 wholesalers will take our supply, our operations must be absolutely synchronized with their delivery schedule. To meet the wholesales’ unique demands for our product means we have to shrink our growing cycle from 3 weeks in the system to 2 weeks. This means our weekly unit output will increase by 33%, while labour hours stay the same. The project will leverage Kevin’s experience with logistics to develop a workflow process improvement that will increase efficiency by 33%.
