Description:
The training and coaching from Comitare will support the management of Porcupine Trailers Ltd., in their establishing objectives and expectations, following up with proper measurements and giving feed-back to assure that LEAN improvements are prioritised and implemented. Training and coaching is planned to support this deployment.
The strategy is to completely deploy and adapt a LEAN improvement and an Innovation process in the selling and manufacturing process.
Our implementation strategy is to train, coach and support the internal resources so that they will be able to deploy and govern the LEAN IMPROVEMENT AND AN INNOVATION process with diminishing support.
