Description:
Digital Engineering plans to adapt the very successful Dispatch Message Automation (DMA) product so that it will deliver the same functionality that it provides in the Ontario IESO market to other electricity markets throughout North America . The product allows generators and grid connected loads to receive dispatch messages from the IESO. The DMA has the largest install base in Ontario for software of this kind. The DMA eliminates the burden of personnel constantly monitoring for dispatch signals that are issued by the market operator. The DMA can generate generate alarms to annunciate the need for operator intervention or completely automate the response by interfacing with plant control systems.
