Description:
This project will involve building User Interfaces that support Finance and Debt Collection Process Automation and AI integration using an established Open Source RPA framework called TagUI (funded by the Singapore government) and taking it to market in North America. 1) Reduced costs: thru automating tasks, cost savings and improved productivity for our customer 2) Focus on reduced paper costs for the customer: Deploying the RPA reduces considerable paper and print usages for these customers. 3) Lower operational risks: the initiative will reduce human errors such as tiredness or lack of knowledge. 4) Improved internal processes: Implementing the RPA project will, companies are forced to define clear governance procedures. This, in turn, allows for faster internal reporting, on-boarding and other internal activities. 5) Improvements without replacing existing IT systems: The project will implement virtual work processes, that does not require us to replace your existing systems creating savings and efficient alternative to bigger system changes.
