Shealena Ltd has developed a proprietary medical device that assists women with diastasi recti. There exists a real therapeutic need for intervention to aid women with this diagnosis as they struggle physically and functionally with activities of daily living and with exercise. This lends itself to limiting their function including participation in exercise, which in the long term adversely impacts their over all health including but not limited to their cardiovascular status, their mental well being with possible bone density repercussions as they age.
