This project will focus on building the management and sales capacity of the Hummingbird team. With the purchase of larger-scale chocolate making equipment will come increased capacity.
To take full advantage of this, Hummingbird requires assistance in the following ways:
- A CFO advisor who will monitor the financials on a monthly basis, make recommendations on expenditures and where to focus sales
- A Sales Director to develop and execute strategy on sales and marketing
- A contractor to upgrade website and online store
