Investigate green technologies to be incorporated into brewery expansion (specifically: cooling technologies, interior air filtration systems, noise pollution reduction). Research into & incorporation of greener solutions for cleaning/rinsing (brewing equipment, packaging line, cans) and product/inventory handling & tracking. Research into reducing CO2 usage, CO2 capture /storage & reuse. Compare options to assist with informed purchase of equipment upgrades (grain mill, beer filtrating system, fork lift).
