Description:

DNSnetworks is undergoing a consolidation project of all remote management tools for IT managed services for our customers under support contract. We are consolidating 3 outside remote management and monitoring tools into 1 remote management software also known as RMM. In order to do this, we require uninstalling and reinstalling a new endpoint agent on over 1500 endpoints across Canada. To add to this project, we are also migrating from a costly helpdesk tool into a newer more multi-tenanted helpdesk platform which tied into our new RMM.

Expected Results:

The purpose of IRAP’s Youth Employment Program is to assist in increasing the supply of highly qualified people, promoting the benefits of advanced studies, demonstrating federal leadership by investing in the skills required to meet the needs of the knowledge economy and facilitating the transition of highly skilled young people to a rapidly changing labour market.
